I transferred to American University in the Spring of 2024 to study Public Relations and Business Entertainment. I am interested in working in the fashion, music, or restaurant industry in PR/Marketing in the future, I enrolled in the class, visual literacy, to help give me a foundation for the digital portion of PR and marketing. This semester, I aim for this class to help me be able to create a portfolio in an area that I feel passionate about. Through the process of creating this website I will learn critical skills that I can use in future classes, internships, and jobs. Completing projects in this class will showcase the skills I have in visual literacy, and serve to my future employers what I am capable of and ways I would be a good asset to them.
